Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping rate for packages weighing under 10 lbs is $8.95. If the package weighs under 3 lbs. and is valued at $100.00 or less, the package will be shipped Priority Mail. If the package either weighs more than 3lbs or is valued more than $100.00, the package will be shipped UPS Ground.
Our standard shipping rate for packages weighing more than 10lbs and under 20lbs is $12.95.
For packages weighing more than 20lbs, the actual shipping cost will be charged.
If multiple packages are being shipped, the above rates apply for each package.
Return Policy
ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
If you would like to return unwanted items, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed. To return unwanted items, please use the returns link at the top of each page.
Damaged items during shipping or DOA items will be replaced at no charge. Please contact customer service to arrange for the exchange.
Back Order Policy
We do accept back orders and you have the following choices as to how you would like them handled. Please note that these choices ONLY apply to the back ordered items and not to any items currently in stock on your order. We will always ship the initial in stock items.
1. We can ship any available back ordered items as they come in.
2. We can ship any available back ordered items that come in once a week. We normally process back orders on Fridays.
3. We can hold all available back ordered items until all are in stock for up to 60 days. After 60 days, any available back ordered items will be shipped. We can no longer hold back ordered items indefinitly anymore.
4. We can cancel all back ordered items for you.
Note: A $4.95 shipping charge will be assessed for each back order package we ship to you.
